Location: Hybrid (Must be based in London and work from the Hammersmith office 3 days a week)

What you will do

• Act as the primary point of contact for Teams and Manufacturers, resolving queries and fostering long-term working relationships.
• Coordinate end-to-end logistics for international race events, including guest list management and on-site hospitality support.
• Lead the approval workflow for partner marketing assets and creative content to ensure 100% alignment with brand guidelines.
• Maintain commercial trackers and compile metrics to produce high-quality performance reports.
• Support revenue projects by assisting with the creation of sales decks and tracking established KPIs.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sponsorship, partnership, or account coordination, ideally within sports or entertainment.
• Strong administrative skills with a track record of managing complex workflows and commercial databases.
• Experience supporting high-end hospitality programs, preferably in an international setting.
• Flexibility to travel globally for race events.
• Ability to manage creative approval processes within strict brand guidelines.
• Must be based in the UK and able to commute to the London office 3 days a week.
