Lead Business Systems Analyst (Five9 Administrator): Analysis, design, testing, and implementation of business processes and software applications supporting contact center technology enterprise-wide with an accent on Five9 administration and product ownership. Location: Hybrid in Libertyville, IL - minimum 4 days per week in office. Sponsorship to work in the US is not available.
Salary: $109,000 - $155,000 yearly

What you will do
- Analyze current business processes, elicit requirements, develop functional designs, and create reporting for management oversight.
- Translate requirements into test plans, perform unit and integration testing, and ensure processes function as intended.
- Support critical business processes, resolve production issues timely, and maintain documentation like process flows and specifications.
- Train business users on new processes, share best practices, and lead routine process changes and enhancements.
- Build relationships with stakeholders, act as bridge between IT and business, and contribute to technology initiatives roadmap.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree with 8-12 years of related experience.
- Deep knowledge of business processes, application configuration, integrations, and master data in designated function.
- Strong analytical, communication, and business partnering skills; expertise in Visio, Excel for process diagrams and data analysis.
- Knowledge of requirements elicitation techniques like use cases and prototyping.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment and ensure data accuracy/confidentiality.
