What you will do

• Review physical legal documents to ensure accuracy and match with corresponding paperwork.
• Verify compliance with state requirements.
• Test information before sending to third-party legal partners.
• Check notarization on documents.
• Validate judgments and complaints as needed.

Requirements

• Knowledge of collection law (ideal).
• Experience with litigation (specifically civil procedures).
• Experience as a QA analyst or functionally acting as QA.
• Basic MS Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Basic computer skills.
• Understanding of credit cards.
• 1+ year of relevant professional experience.

Nice to have

• Paralegal certification.
