What you will do

• Translate dense financial data and analysis into high-impact visual narratives for the leadership team.
• Build flexible financial models to value complex licensing and advertising deals and other revenue streams.
• Analyze and aid in the negotiation of deal mechanics, focusing on minimum guarantees, revenue shares, and recoupment schedules.
• Own the full lifecycle of deals by tracking actuals vs. benchmarks and managing P&L impact.
• Integrate live deal performance into rolling forecasts and identify trends in audience monetization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in corporate development, strategic finance, consulting, or investment banking.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in New York City.
• Expert-level financial modeling and strong executive presentation development skills.
• Deep understanding of commercial deal terms, negotiations, and FP&A processes (budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis).
• BS in Finance/Economics (MBA is a plus).
