What you will do

• Lead a cross-functional team consisting of iOS, Android, Web, .NET, and QA engineers.
• Take full accountability for delivery performance and the quality of execution.
• Drive growth for the OurTime brand by evolving the product for the senior audience segment.
• Contribute to the Match turnaround by re-energizing monthly active users.
• Mentor and develop engineers to grow future engineering leaders and managers.
• Influence company-wide product strategy beyond the scope of team-level delivery.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading cross-functional engineering teams in a B2C environment.
• Strong delivery mindset with a track record of improving execution and raising standards.
• Ability to operate in ambiguity and translate complexity into clear, actionable plans.
• Solid technical understanding and architectural awareness to engage in technical discussions.
• Fluent English proficiency is required, with the ability to collaborate with French-speaking teams.
• Must be based in Paris or able to work from the Paris office 3 days per week.
