What you will do

  • Develop and maintain the high-level product roadmap for the hardware ecosystem.
  • Conduct competitive benchmarking regarding new entrants, product offerings, and pricing.
  • Engage with customers via discovery calls and on-site visits to identify and understand their needs.
  • Define market positioning, value propositions, and manage budget allocation to grow the P&L.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across business development, operations, and sales to ensure commercial excellence.
  • Create technical marketing materials and optimize the overall user experience from discovery to deployment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Expertise in industrial automation products, specifications, and compatibility.
  • 1-3 years of experience in hardware product management, including exposure to P&L management.
  • Proven ability to launch new products from specification development to production validation.
  • Strong project management and risk mitigation mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with quick turnarounds.
