What you will do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Media Admin Assistants.
  • Own the day-to-day workflow for campaign bookings, pipeline build, and billing accuracy.
  • Drive operational excellence by embedding standardized ways of working and identifying automation opportunities.
  • Track and report on key KPIs including revenue delivery and billing timeliness.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, and Finance to ensure accurate revenue recognition at month end.
  • Maintain data accuracy and consistency across internal tools and Salesforce.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience leading or mentoring a small team with a focus on coaching.
  • Proven experience in media operations, campaign administration, or commercial support within a media or retail media environment.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or equivalent CRM/financial systems.
  • Strong understanding of campaign booking systems and workflow tools.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills focused on data accuracy and process optimization.
  • Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills.
