What you will do

• Conduct keyword and prompt research, including mining, segmentation, and mapping for SEO/GEO.
• Perform competitive gap analyses and execute on-page optimizations such as metadata and internal linking.
• Pull and synthesize performance data from GA4 and other SEO tools to develop actionable reports.
• Assist with paid search campaign builds, structural setup, and ongoing account hygiene.
• Monitor and manage search tests against hypotheses to identify performance improvements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with content, analytics, and operations teams to ensure cohesive execution.

Requirements

• 1-2+ years of experience in Marketing or a similar function.
• Strong understanding of core SEO best practices, content optimization, and keyword research.
• Experience with GA4, Google Search Console, and third-party platforms like Semrush, Ahrefs, or Moz.
• Familiarity with paid search platforms including Google AdWords, Microsoft Ads, or Search Ads 360.
• Must be authorized to work in the US; the company does not sponsor work visas.
• Ability to travel up to 5 days per quarter for team gatherings.

Nice to have

• Basic proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for light optimization tasks.
• Experience leveraging generative AI tools for research and prompt development.
