What you will do

• Execute visual merchandising standards across Germany to ensure consistent and high-quality in-store presentation.
• Implement planograms, fixtures, and POS materials hands-on in retail stores.
• Identify and resolve execution gaps in retail environments with speed and ownership.
• Support new product launches, promotions, and seasonal resets across key retailers.
• Collaborate with Sales and Trade Marketing teams to align execution with commercial priorities.
• Conduct regular store visits, audits, and competitor reviews to provide actionable feedback.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Visual Merchandising, Retail Execution, or Field Merchandising.
• Fluent German required.
• Strong understanding of the German retail landscape, including specialty and large-format retailers.
• Willingness to travel extensively within Germany.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and an action-oriented mindset.
