We build AI-powered products for international markets. Fast decisions, real metrics, zero fluff.
You'll own the full creative cycle — from concept to launch to performance analysis.

⚡️ What you'll do:
— Video ads & static banners for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google
— Several fundamentally different creative directions per week
— UGC-style videos that feel native, not like ads
— Competitor research → stronger versions of what works
— AI-first workflow: generation, editing, voiceover, characters
— Read the data, adjust, repeat

✅ Must have:
— You know CTR, hook rate, ROAS, scroll-stop rate — and how to move them
— You can stop the scroll in 2 seconds and hold attention to CTA
— AI tools are your daily default, not an experiment
— High autonomy — you build concepts from scratch with minimal briefing
— English B2+
