What you will do

• Provide timely and effective business tax advice to stakeholders across finance, technology, and HR.
• Deliver overall UK corporation tax compliance, including the preparation of tax returns and group reporting.
• Prepare accurate tax disclosures within the financial statements.
• Manage tax forecasting, payments, and ensure appropriate tax governance.
• Manage compliance with IR35 determinations, PSA, and international regulations.
• Automate tax processes using tax technology and AI.

Requirements

• Tax qualification such as CTA or ATT.
• Knowledge of corporation tax for UK-headed groups with a global presence.
• Practical experience in preparing corporation tax computations, returns, and financial statement disclosures.
• Ability to apply UK tax legislation within a commercial context.
• Strong understanding of tax provisioning, ETR drivers, and forecasting methodologies.
• Must have the legal right to work in the UK.

Nice to have

• Experience working within a listed environment.
• Experience with indirect tax returns and VAT.
