TL;DR

VP, Content Strategist (Health & Wellness): Leading the development and execution of a unified content strategy for Health & Wellness products to drive growth across B2C and B2B audiences with an accent on messaging architecture and multi-format production. Focus on implementing AI-enabled content systems, LLM-driven discovery, and search optimization to enhance brand visibility.

Location: Hybrid (Must be based in the US near a hirify.global Hub)

Salary: $130,000 - $210,000 per year

What you will do

  • Define and evolve core messaging pillars and strategic narratives tailored to B2C and B2B segments.
  • Oversee the creation of multi-format content, including webinars, video series, case studies, blogs, and social media.
  • Drive AI-enabled content innovation, focusing on LLM, GEO, and AI search optimization strategies.
  • Collaborate with Enterprise Content and SEO teams to define the content roadmap and editorial calendar.
  • Establish and enforce content governance frameworks to ensure brand, legal, and regulatory compliance.
  • Lead and coach a high-performing content team and influence executive stakeholders with data-driven insights.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in content strategy, brand storytelling, or editorial leadership.
  • Experience in financial services or health and wellness marketing.
  • 5+ years of experience managing a team and engaging with senior leadership.
  • Deep understanding of SEO, AI search, and LLM-driven discovery (GEO).
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required; no visa sponsorship provided.
  • Ability and flexibility to travel for business as required.

Nice to have

  • MBA degree.
  • Combined experience in both healthcare and financial services.
