Salary: £76,340 – £109,060 base salary + bonus

What you will do

• Lead the design and evolution of ball and player tracking algorithms using multi-camera systems.
• Own multi-view geometry solutions and drive improvements in occlusion handling and system robustness.
• Guide performance optimization across CPU and GPU workloads for real-time production environments.
• Set technical standards and drive architectural discussions regarding scalability and deployment.
• Mentor and support engineers through technical guidance, code reviews, and collaboration.
• Oversee mature computer vision systems and ensure long-term maintainability and quality.

Requirements

• Strong commercial experience developing computer vision algorithms in production environments.
• Deep knowledge of modern C++ within large and complex codebases.
• Solid experience with image processing, geometry, and multi-camera systems.
• Ability to operate at both detailed algorithm level and high-level system design.
• Must be based in or able to work from Basingstoke, London, or Bristol (minimum 2 days per week in office).

Nice to have

• Experience with CUDA or GPU acceleration.
• Awareness of concurrency, networking, or operating system concepts.
• Experience working with cloud-based or distributed systems.
