What you will do

• Own the long-term ML strategy, including training foundational models from scratch.
• Scale and lead a team of ~10 ML Engineers and Researchers while maintaining a culture of excellence.
• Drive breakthrough innovation in AI photo editing to redefine industry standards.
• Act as the primary bridge between ML and Product, Sales, and Engineering teams.
• Establish comprehensive evaluation frameworks and visionary technical direction.
• Attract and mentor top-tier technical talent in the Computer Vision field.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience leading ML/AI teams at product companies with strategic decision-making experience.
• Deep expertise in Computer Vision, Diffusion, and GenAI with hands-on large model training.
• Proven track record of training foundational models with billion+ parameters end-to-end.
• Experience scaling teams of 8+ people, including hiring and mentorship.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with Product, Sales, and Engineering.
• Technical depth to debug complex training failures and analyze performance bottlenecks.
