What you will do
- Provide technical and aesthetic feedback to external artists to maintain high-quality standards.
- Collaborate with Art Direction and leadership to align external content with the project vision.
- Prepare art briefs, asset packs, and documentation for external development teams.
- Refine art style guides and development pipelines to resolve risks and improve workflows.
- Conduct art reviews and communicate actionable feedback to external partners.
- Create high-quality models, materials, and environments to serve as production benchmarks.
Requirements
- Must be based in the UK.
- Excellent communication skills for explaining complex technical tasks to external partners.
- Proficiency in art development workflows, including high-to-low poly modeling, lighting, and PBR material authoring.
- Strong understanding of game engine tools and technical limitations regarding memory, GPU, and CPU performance.
- Ability to work from detailed concept art and reference materials.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and follow established pipelines.
