Location: Must be based in the UK with the right to work. This is an on-site role at our Guildford studio, with a minimum of 3 days per week in the office.

What you will do

• Design and create high-quality environment assets and props.
• Collaborate with Senior Artists, Designers, and Tech Artists to meet creative objectives.
• Generate world art content and dress environments using art briefs and reference imagery.
• Contribute fresh ideas to improve development workflows, processes, and tools.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss pipeline impacts and player experience.
• Work effectively across different disciplines within the studio.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK with the right to work (no visa sponsorship or relocation provided).
• Strong creative eye for immersive gameplay environments and terrains.
• Portfolio of 3D work demonstrating the ability to take ideas from concept to completion.
• Sound knowledge of Maya, Blender, Photoshop, Substance Designer/Painter, and Zbrush.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Previous work experience in the games industry.
• Familiarity with Gaea or SpeedTree.
• Unreal Engine experience.
• Participation in Hackathons or Game Jams.
