Requirements

• Minimum 6+ years of relevant experience in a comparable change management or project lead role.
• Expertise in change management: business case definition, scope setting, risk articulation, and test execution.
• Proven track record of driving solutions and delivering measurable business benefits.
• Strong leadership experience in conflict resolution and transparency on large-scale programs.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills for interaction with senior leadership.
