What you will do

• Develop and update content for commercial assets across omnichannel digital channels, including banner ads, emails, social media, and websites.
• Create printed materials such as posters, slide kits, patient guidelines, sales content, and conference materials.
• Ensure all content complies with German legislation (AMG), regulatory, legal, and client internal policies.
• Collaborate with graphic design, brand, and production teams on briefs, workshops, and project deliveries.
• Utilize and oversee AI tools to provide accurate and relevant copy content.
• Participate in client calls and assigned training programs.

Requirements

• Must be based in Germany.
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in copywriting within the Pharma sector.
• Native German language proficiency and good business English skills.
• Awareness of regulatory requirements, specifically the AMG German Medicine Act.
• Ability to translate complex science and data into simple, compelling promotional copy.
• Healthcare-related degree or Masters is preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience in SEO copywriting and keyword research.
• Familiarity with rare diseases, respiratory, immunology, cardiovascular, renal, metabolic, or oncology therapy areas.
• Experience working within a large multi-national company in a matrix corporate environment.
