What you will do

• Lead end-to-end product cost analysis for manufactured and sourced products across global factories.
• Develop and validate detailed cost models covering materials, labor, overhead, and logistics.
• Support New Product Introduction (NPI) by building cost estimates and tracking targets through the development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, Procurement, and Finance to ensure cost data alignment.
• Provide cost insights to drive pricing decisions and margin analysis.
• Identify cost-out and optimization opportunities using design-to-cost and value engineering.

Requirements

• 10–15 years of experience in product costing, product management, or cost engineering within manufacturing.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for complex formulas and cost modeling.
• Experience using Power BI for cost reporting and analytics.
• Working knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Ability to communicate confidently with senior stakeholders in a global, matrixed environment.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United Kingdom.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain, or Business.
• Experience supporting global product portfolios and multi-region manufacturing.
