Location: Must be based in the UK and live within a commutable distance of the Milton Park office (minimum 3 days per week in-person). Note: Office will relocate to Oxford city centre in late 2027/early 2028.

What you will do
- Lead and execute strategic pricing projects for subscription journals, transformative agreements, and eBooks.
- Develop and implement AI-driven pricing models and machine learning tools to predict market trends and customer behaviors.
- Design and deploy automated systems for pricing updates, performance tracking, and competitive benchmarking.
- Define and track automated key pricing metrics for the Academic Division to ensure data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with Editorial, Commercial, and Marketing teams to align pricing strategies with product positioning.
- Oversee the Strategic Pricing Analytics Manager via a dotted line relationship.
Requirements
- Must have the right to live and work in the UK.
- Proven experience developing and implementing pricing strategies within the data tion services industry.
- Advanced analytical skills in SQL, Python, and R.
- Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
- Strong bias toward using AI technologies and automation tools to streamline pricing processes.
- Background in niche strategy consultancy or an in-house Strategic Pricing Team.
