What you will do

• Lead the data management agenda and set the actionable data strategy for the Homes Platform.
• Act as the primary point of connection between the platform, central data teams, and senior business partners.
• Represent the Homes Platform in central data forums to influence enterprise data capabilities.
• Manage data risks and issues across the platform, providing clarity and driving resolution plans.
• Oversee the data side of change activity to ensure quality is designed in before implementation.
• Articulate the platform's data journey and progress to stakeholders through compelling storytelling.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience leading data management and utilization practices within a large, complex organization.
• 3+ years of experience bridging data, technology, and business for senior stakeholders.
• 3+ years of experience operating within enterprise data governance frameworks and regulatory compliance.
• Proven experience prioritizing data initiatives and managing dependencies across multiple teams.
• Must be based in or able to commute to Leeds or Halifax for hybrid work.

Nice to have

• Experience with large, complex financial services or mortgage data estates.
• Experience leading data transformation programs involving cloud-based solutions.
• Working knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) data management capabilities.
