TL;DR

Location: Hybrid (London, UK) - Average 4 days a week in office

What you will do

  • Setup and lead a client-oriented team of data, technology, and business consultants, analysts, and engineers.
  • Act as a strategic partner and advisor, helping clients leverage martech, analytics, and AI to achieve business goals.
  • Develop data and AI transformation roadmaps, measurement frameworks, and operating models.
  • Oversee delivery of customer analytics, predictive modelling, digital analytics, and conversational BI solutions.
  • Lead business development efforts, including pitches and the creation of winning commercial proposals.

Requirements

  • Exceptional experience leading data and analytics within a consulting or agency environment.
  • Proven ability to build and manage relationships with stakeholders from junior levels to C-suite.
  • Significant experience in scoping, resourcing, and developing commercial proposals.
  • Strong knowledge of the marketing and digital ecosystem, including CDPs, CRM, and loyalty platforms.
  • Expertise in data strategy, including data landscape management, governance, and use case development.
  • Understanding of how AI can be leveraged in marketing to drive growth and efficiency.
