What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end lease negotiations, including renewals, surrenders, and documentation.
  • Conduct market research, site inspections, and manage RFP/EOI processes.
  • Identify new site opportunities and deliver best-in-class property solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal Facilities, Projects, and Workplace Solutions teams.
  • Provide strategic advice to clients based on government procurement and property governance.
  • Manage lease data and transaction reporting to ensure cost-effective outcomes.

Requirements

  • Australian Citizenship and ability to undergo security clearance.
  • 3+ years’ experience in commercial leasing or property transactions.
  • Valid Real Estate Agent License or equivalent (state-specific).
  • Proven success in complex lease negotiations and stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong market knowledge and financial acumen.
  • Tertiary qualifications in real estate or business (preferred).

Nice to have

  • Experience working with government entities.
  • Deep understanding of Commonwealth leasing strategy and government property processes.
