What you will do

• Resolve building operations issues and coordinate with vendors to ensure contract compliance.
• Manage tenant relations, work order requests, and move-in/move-out schedules.
• Handle A/R guidelines, rent payment follow-ups, and invoice coding.
• Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and annual operating/capital budgets.
• Ensure compliance with management agreements, owner policies, and government regulations.
• Facilitate accounting, leasing, and construction needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in Commercial Property Management preferred.
• Proficiency with real estate software such as Yardi, MRI, Kardin, or AvidXchange.
• Basic accounting knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Strong professional communication skills for interacting with tenants and vendors.
