What you will do

• Serve as primary point of contact for clients, partners, investors, tenants, and vendors.
• Supervise administrative, maintenance staff, and third-party vendors; build and motivate teams.
• Prepare and manage annual budgets, financial reports, CAM reconciliations, and ownership reports.
• Lead resolution of property issues, oversee tenant improvements, capital projects, and renovations.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, client policies, and Stream best practices.
• Conduct performance reviews, handle expense/PTO approvals, and support department training/transitions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred; 3+ years commercial property management experience with supervisory responsibility.
• CPM, RPA designation (or in progress) preferred.
• Experience with budgets, ownership reports, CAM reconciliations, and real estate software (Yardi or similar).
• Strong communication skills; proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Teams.
