What you will do
- Serve as primary point of contact for clients, partners, investors, tenants, and vendors.
- Supervise administrative, maintenance staff, and third-party vendors; build and motivate teams.
- Prepare and manage annual budgets, financial reports, CAM reconciliations, and ownership reports.
- Lead resolution of property issues, oversee tenant improvements, capital projects, and renovations.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, client policies, and Stream best practices.
- Conduct performance reviews, handle expense/PTO approvals, and support department training/transitions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred; 3+ years commercial property management experience with supervisory responsibility.
- CPM, RPA designation (or in progress) preferred.
- Experience with budgets, ownership reports, CAM reconciliations, and real estate software (Yardi or similar).
- Strong communication skills; proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Teams.
