What you will do

• Lead the collections process to reduce overdue debt and proactively follow up with customers for timely payments.
• Manage high-value/complex customer accounts, handle escalations, and negotiate payment plans.
• Oversee billing and invoicing to ensure accuracy and timely issuance of invoices.
• Monitor customer accounts, maintain AR ageing reports, and conduct debtor reviews for management.
• Perform credit checks and support credit risk assessments for new and existing customers.
• Mentor junior AR staff and perform reconciliations for balance sheet accounts and end-of-month bank statements.

Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar accounts receivable role.
• Proficiency with Oracle NetSuite and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
• Location: Must be based in Makati City, Philippines for a hybrid work arrangement.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
