What you will do

• Analyze storage, compute, and network data to support capacity planning and operational decisions.
• Develop short and mid-term capacity forecasts and improve model logic based on trend analysis.
• Coordinate hardware and site deployment readiness across production environments and track asset movements.
• Maintain reporting on resource utilization and identify capacity constraints or risks.
• Monitor key metrics via dashboards to proactively identify anomalies and visibility issues.
• Contribute to the automation of data collection and reporting workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Data Science, Finance, or a related technical field.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in data analysis, infrastructure operations, or capacity planning.
• Proficiency with SQL, Python, Snowflake, Metabase, and Excel/Google Sheets.
• Experience with observability tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, or OpenSearch.
• Understanding of core system resources (CPU, memory, disk, network) and their impact on scalability.
• Must be based in Argentina, Colombia, Costa Rica, or Mexico.
