TL;DR

What you will do

  • Build and optimise capacity plans across multiple sites, translating demand forecasts into staffing and hiring needs.
  • Partner with Product, Operations, Finance, and Recruitment to support SLAs and business changes.
  • Create performance reporting on forecast accuracy, service levels, occupancy, and costs.
  • Run scenario modelling and retrospective analyses to improve forecasting and efficiency.
  • Co-own support budget planning and cost tracking with variance insights.
  • Drive operating model improvements via data, automation, and SQL analysis.

Requirements

  • Experience in forecasting, capacity planning, and scenario modelling in Workforce Management.
  • Strong analytical skills to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Advanced Excel and SQL query skills (Python is a plus).
  • Comfortable in ambiguous environments, driving improvements independently.
  • Ability to identify automation and efficiency opportunities.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication in global, multi-site setups.
  • Ownership mindset balancing customer experience, agent wellbeing, and business goals.

  • Python skills.
