What you will do
- Build and optimise capacity plans across multiple sites, translating demand forecasts into staffing and hiring needs.
- Partner with Product, Operations, Finance, and Recruitment to support SLAs and business changes.
- Create performance reporting on forecast accuracy, service levels, occupancy, and costs.
- Run scenario modelling and retrospective analyses to improve forecasting and efficiency.
- Co-own support budget planning and cost tracking with variance insights.
- Drive operating model improvements via data, automation, and SQL analysis.
Requirements
- Experience in forecasting, capacity planning, and scenario modelling in Workforce Management.
- Strong analytical skills to turn data into actionable insights.
- Advanced Excel and SQL query skills (Python is a plus).
- Comfortable in ambiguous environments, driving improvements independently.
- Ability to identify automation and efficiency opportunities.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication in global, multi-site setups.
- Ownership mindset balancing customer experience, agent wellbeing, and business goals.
