What you will do

• Plant, inoculate, and evaluate plants to screen for disease resistance.
• Maintain optimal conditions for proper plant growth.
• Prepare culture media for laboratory use.
• Perform sanitation practices in the lab, headhouse, and greenhouse.
• Execute devitalization processing of regulated breeding materials.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED, or a BS Science Degree.
• Must be able to work 100% onsite in Parma.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Availability to work occasional weekends.
• Ability to pass a drug screening.
