TL;DR

What you will do

  • Support analytics and operations for the 2026 FIFA World Cup across all 104 tournament matches.
  • Build and maintain Excel-based tracking tools and dashboards to monitor parking volumes, revenue, and performance.
  • Extract and organize data from internal systems to support post-event reporting and trend analysis.
  • Coordinate with the operations team on logistics preparation and data validation leading up to game days.
  • Provide live data support and operational coverage on-site at matches.
  • Assist with ad hoc reporting, presentation preparation, and documentation.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree in Business, Sports Management, Analytics, Operations, or a related field.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Availability to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays aligned with match schedules.
  • Must be based in or able to reliably commute to Philadelphia, PA.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple data streams under time pressure.
  • Clear communicator capable of working effectively in a fast-paced, event-driven environment.

  • Prior experience with sports, events, or hospitality operations.
