What you will do

• Own and grow branded Facebook Groups: spark conversations, welcome members, run activations like polls, challenges, and live Q&As.
• Capture and create content: attend on-site events to shoot/edit photos and videos into Reels, Stories, and posts.
• Manage social strategy: plan monthly content calendars based on brand pillars, events, trends, and insights.
• Collaborate cross-functionally: integrate community insights, provide updates and performance reports.
• Analyze and optimize: track engagement, growth, KPIs, and iterate tactics for better results.

Requirements

• 2–4 years in social media or community management, ideally with Filipino parents/families brands
• Proven experience launching/scaling Facebook Groups and driving participation
• Comfortable shooting/editing photo/video on mobile
• Strong Filipino and English writing skills
• Data-minded: turn analytics and feedback into strategies
• Thrive in fast-paced, agile environments

Nice to have

• Experience with Meta Business Suite, CapCut, Canva Pro
