• Monitor KPIs, analyze results, and formulate strategies for improvement.
• Monitor the local landscape for potential crises and implement response strategies.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in influencer marketing within an advertising or media agency.
• Strong project management skills to handle multiple concurrent projects.
• Fluency in Romanian and English, written and spoken, at an advanced level.
• Deep knowledge of the Romanian influencer market and social media trends.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
• Experience with influencer marketing platforms and social analysis tools.
