What you will do

• Conduct statistical analysis and visualizations to identify yield limiters and construct process roadmaps.
• Extract insights from structured and unstructured data using statistical methods, machine learning, and coding.
• Develop tools and multivariate algorithms for high-volume data analysis and accurate yield Pareto construction.
• Execute data-driven design of experiments in collaboration with factory task forces to refine processes.
• Perform fault isolation and failure analysis to determine root causes of defects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to debug yield limiters and drive corrective actions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field (Materials Science, ME, CS, ChemE, EE, Chemistry, Physics) with 2+ years of relevant metrology experience, or a Master's degree with 1+ years.
• Must have valid US work authorization (no sponsorship available).
• Proficiency in analytical tools such as JMP, JSL, and SQL/SQL Pathfinder.
• Detailed knowledge of substrate, assembly, and fab back-end processes.
• Experience in defect reduction, yield analysis, or module engineering.

Nice to have

• Experience with Python for data analysis and process modeling.
• Demonstrated knowledge of applying statistical and analytical techniques to yield improvement.
