What you will do

• Deliver assessments and shape overall assessment strategies for key clients.
• Apply IP-driven methodologies with rigor, accuracy, and impact to drive talent decisions.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior HR stakeholders.
• Evaluate executives using research-based frameworks such as Leadership Architect and Success Profiles.
• Contribute to new business development by structuring solutions and scoping projects as a Subject Matter Expert.

Requirements

• Proven experience in assessment, succession, and broad talent management program implementation.
• Background as an external consultant in a leading firm or in an internal corporate role.
• Strong stakeholder management experience.
• Deep knowledge of leadership and organizational requirements.
