What you will do

• Design end-to-end AI architectures for customer self-service, agent copilots, journey management, and back-office automation.
• Optimize RAG, knowledge retrieval, contextual AI, prompt strategies, and orchestration for accuracy, reliability, latency, and cost.
• Create evaluation frameworks, test sets, monitoring approaches, and business-aligned success metrics for AI experiences.
• Build prototypes, integrations, demonstrations, and production pilots using REST APIs, MCP, A2A, and enterprise platforms.
• Co-sell with partners and account teams by leading technical discovery, solution design, workshops, demonstrations, and value articulation.
• Develop reusable assets, enable partner solution consultants, resolve complex technical escalations, and provide product feedback.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience designing modern AI solutions using ML, NLU/NLP, retrieval systems, LLMs, orchestration, tool use, and agentic approaches.
• Expertise integrating AI with enterprise platforms, knowledge sources, REST APIs, event-driven architectures, identity systems, and cloud ecosystems.
• Ability to design for voice latency, fallback paths, throughput, reliability, secure data access, governance, observability, and cost control.
• Strong executive communication, technical demonstration, presales, partner enablement, and sales collaboration skills, including influencing CIO and CTO stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with prompt design, context management, AI workflow optimization, and evaluation of retrieval quality, tool calls, safety, drift, and auditability.
• Experience with AWS, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Meta, or Guidewire; knowledge of hirify.global Cloud and hirify.global AI is preferred.
