What you will do

• Define the core methodology for inbound AI configuration, including decision tree architecture, IVR logic, and provider directory setup.
• Partner directly with health system and health plan customers to implement AI deployments and validate configurations against real patient patterns.
• Translate patient access and call center workflows into crisp product requirements and configuration standards for the engineering team.
• Codify methodology into frameworks, playbooks, and training materials to enable deployment strategists and engineers.
• Develop strategic positioning and identify differentiation factors against competitors in the inbound AI market.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 8+ years of experience in inbound/patient access technology or healthcare operations.
• Deep hands-on experience configuring IVR systems, designing decision trees, or deploying call center AI solutions.
• Proven track record of building repeatable systems, frameworks, or playbooks that enable other teams to execute consistently.
• BA/BS degree required.
• Strong domain expertise in patient access, call center operations, or inbound healthcare workflows.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with digital front door platforms such as Hyro, Orbita, Nuance, Syllable, Notable, or Fabric.
• Familiarity with healthcare data standards (FHIR, HL7) and EHR integration points.
• Background in healthcare AI/SaaS companies or forward-deployed organizations.
• Experience mentoring and enabling operators to execute developed frameworks.
