Location: Hybrid: Must be based in Irvine, CA (onsite Wednesdays plus one additional day per week)

Salary: $40 - $60 an hour

What you will do

• Design and manage enterprise-grade Cloud infrastructure and services to meet rigorous SLA standards.
• Create and deploy scalable monitoring systems for a rapidly expanding global infrastructure footprint.
• Resolve customer escalations and prevent incident recurrence through robust processes and automation.
• Diagnose and resolve urgent production issues, including potential support during off-normal business hours.
• Write and maintain comprehensive production documentation to ensure operational clarity.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to apply standard practices to infrastructure challenges.

Requirements

• College degree or equivalent with at least 3 years of professional experience in IT or Cloud infrastructure.
• Conceptual knowledge of Cloud theories, principles, and industry best practices.
• Experience diagnosing production issues and participating in an on-call rotation.
• Foundational understanding of automation and process creation.
• Ability to work in a Hybrid capacity in Irvine, CA (onsite 2 days per week).
