What you will do

• Drive all aspects of project construction for ground infrastructure, from contractor evaluation to site completion.
• Develop and implement improvements to construction methods and pre-construction strategies to streamline permits.
• Manage relationships with city managers, council members, and inspectors to secure necessary approvals.
• Collaborate with legal and land use counsel to navigate evolving regulatory landscapes for drone delivery.
• Source and manage general contractors and subcontractors across various trades including electrical and assembly.
• Identify and mitigate risks throughout the pre-construction and construction phases.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Structural), Real Estate Development, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in real estate development or construction.
• Familiarity with construction software such as Bluebeam and Procore.
• Ability to travel 75%+ within the Sunbelt region (Texas, Arizona) and to California.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
