Fullstack Software Engineer (TypeScript)

Salary: $140,000 - $260,000

What you will do

• Build frontend, backend, and occasionally mobile features to help creators manage communities.
• Collaborate with designers, writers, and support staff from product concept through deployment.
• Develop internal prototypes and ship products used by millions of users.
• Operate autonomously and own the full lifecycle of feature implementation.
• Contribute product ideas and UI/UX upgrades in direct collaboration with the CEO.

Requirements

• 3+ years of software engineering experience.
• Ability to work independently and lead projects without micromanagement.
• High standards for production systems and a commitment to elegant product experiences.
• Strong belief in the mission to build a better business model for independent writers.
• Comfortable working as a generalist across the full technology stack.

Nice to have

• Experience at a fast-growing startup or working on a high-performing growth team.
• Prior experience with TypeScript, Node/Express, React, and Postgres.
