What you will do

  • Drive product adoption across DMS, CRM, Service, and Marketing platforms.
  • Analyze dealership performance metrics to provide actionable optimization recommendations.
  • Lead virtual and on-site coaching sessions to improve technician efficiency and lead conversion.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to demonstrate ROI and support renewal readiness.
  • Provide field insights to Product and Engineering teams regarding feature gaps and integration requests.
  • Manage a territory with 60-75% travel to support on-site customer needs.

Requirements

  • 3–7+ years of experience in automotive SaaS, dealership operations, or consulting.
  • Must be based in the US.
  • Strong knowledge of fixed ops, variable ops, CRM, and automotive marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with automotive technologies (DMS, CRM, scheduling platforms).
  • Ability to travel 60-75% of the time for on-site support.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with major DMS providers such as CDK, Reynolds, Dealertrack, or Tekion.
  • Experience with CRM platforms like Elead, VinSolutions, or DealerSocket.
  • Background in BDC operations or service lane management.
  • Proven ability to present insights to executive audiences including GMs and Dealer Principals.
