Location: Hybrid (Must be based in Mountain View, CA or Warren, MI; report to office 3+ times per week)

Salary: $134,700 – $245,000

What you will do

• Define and refine the product vision, strategy, and roadmaps for viewing cameras based on customer needs and market trends.
• Lead stakeholders to develop and test customer value propositions for retail and fleet use cases.
• Develop product requirements, user stories, and functional specifications for engineering teams.
• Manage prioritized product backlogs and coordinate end-to-end product launches.
• Define and track OKRs and KPIs to measure performance and inform roadmap decisions.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and safe interfaces for camera features.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager for technology-powered digital products.
• 3+ years of direct experience with vehicle cameras, surround view systems, or rear cameras.
• Proven track record of defining product strategies and managing feature prioritization.
• Ability to balance customer needs with legal, regulatory, and privacy requirements.
• Must not require immigration sponsorship now or in the future.
• Experience using data and OKRs/KPIs to drive continuous product improvement.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree, such as an MBA.
• 8+ years of experience in cameras/surround view product management.
• Experience leading digital products across in-vehicle, mobile, and web platforms.
• Background in privacy, data collection, and consent within regulated environments.
