What you will do

• Architect and maintain an ecosystem of 10+ autonomous agents specialized in ETL, synthetic data generation, and predictive modeling.
• Design multi-step reasoning architectures and verification protocols to ensure agents autonomously validate their own outputs.
• Develop and maintain Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers for secure agent access to Snowflake, hirify.global, AWS, and internal catalogs.
• Transform high-level, ambiguous business requirements into production-ready data products independently.
• Implement governance as code for data pipelines and context-aware agent development.
• Build "Red-Team Agents" to proactively identify logic flaws and security vulnerabilities within the agentic system.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in high-stakes Data Engineering, Architecture, or Data Science.
• Production-grade proficiency in Python, SQL, dbt, Airflow, Apache Spark, and Snowflake.
• Expertise in agentic frameworks (e.g., LangGraph) and prompt engineering (chain-of-thought, self-correction loops).
• Experience deploying agentic workloads via Docker, Kubernetes, and serverless compute environments.
• Advanced understanding of Data Mesh, Event-Driven Architectures, and Knowledge Graphs.
• Must be based in Mexico City for hybrid work.

• Documented history of using generative AI to accelerate personal and departmental output by orders of magnitude.
