What you will do

• Design and develop scalable AI/ML solutions using Deep Learning and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Implement Generative AI use cases, including RAG pipelines, prompt engineering, and agentic workflows.
• Lead code reviews and establish engineering standards to ensure system maintainability and performance.
• Deliver AI solutions across various business domains including retail, supply chain, and marketing.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers, Product Managers, and DevOps to integrate models into production.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to overall solution architecture.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field.
• 8–9.5 years of experience in AI/ML development and delivery.
• Proven experience in building and deploying production-grade AI/ML solutions.
• Expert proficiency in Python, SQL, and software engineering principles.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs (GPT, Claude, Llama, Gemini) and Vector Databases.
• Must be based in New York City, NY, USA.

Nice to have

• Exposure to agentic frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
• Experience with MLOps tools like MLflow or Vertex AI.
• Experience with GCP cloud platform.
