What you will do

• Act as the product lead within strategic customer accounts to drive adoption and product expansion.
• Identify opportunities for deeper deployment, new integrations, and broader product usage across workflows.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with technical stakeholders, engineering leaders, and C-level executives.
• Partner with Deployment Engineers and GTM teams to ensure successful implementations and long-term account growth.
• Translate customer needs and technical blockers into actionable product feedback and execution paths for internal teams.
• Perform hands-on work with integrations, MCPs, and tooling to unblock account deployments.

Requirements

• Strong technical fluency and comfort working directly with engineers.
• Strong product instincts for identifying customer needs and translating them into product opportunities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, especially for senior customer audiences.
• Ability to operate in highly ambiguous environments.
• Background as a technical founder, product founder, technical PM, or solutions lead.
• Must be located in San Francisco
