What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of integrated marketing programs across growth marketing, digital campaigns, and content.
• Develop and manage project briefs, anticipate workloads, and coordinate resources to ensure milestones are met.
• Manage team calendars, including internal status meetings and multiple weekly client calls.
• Consult with clients to finalize project specifications and provide updates throughout the project lifecycle.
• Triage new project requests and ensure all assets and information are available in ClickUp before scheduling.
• Collaborate with Account Managers and cross-functional departments to ensure strategic alignment and coordination.

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience in an agency, in-house, or start-up environment.
• Expertise in at least two digital advertising areas: SEM, Paid Social Ads, SEO, analytics, and attribution.
• 2-3+ years of experience managing paid search and social campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn).
• Proven ability to lead Scrum ceremonies and manage complex meeting structures.
• Experience managing relationships and project accounts for high-stakes enterprise clients and executives.
• Must be located in one of the approved US states or based in Boston, MA
