Salary: $192,000 — $288,000 USD

What you will do

• Serve as a technical advisor to educate customers on identity solutions and demonstrate their value.
• Develop tailored product demonstrations to solve specific customer business challenges.
• Lead complex Proofs of Concept (POCs) in collaboration with engineering teams.
• Provide customer feedback to product teams to influence future feature enhancements.
• Conduct competitive analysis to better position the product in the market.
• Represent the company at marketing events, conferences, and trade shows.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in pre-sales engineering and solution selling for Enterprise accounts.
• Deep understanding of identity protocols (SAML, OIDC, OAuth, FIDO, Passkeys, SCIM, LDAP).
• Working knowledge of cloud platforms including AWS, Azure/Entra, and GCP.
• Experience with REST APIs, SDKs, and hands-on skills in development or DevOps (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Must be located in the North East US (specifically Connecticut or Massachusetts).

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Identity Governance (IGA) or Privileged Access Management (PAM).
• Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, LDAP, and Federation services.
• Proficiency in CNAPP/CSPM, UNIX/Linux, or database/network security.
