Salary: $130,000 - $155,000

What you will do

• Engineer, install, configure, and integrate hirify.global COTS cyber products.
• Provide on-site support, troubleshooting, and version upgrades for customers.
• Prepare technical documentation including as-built designs, requirements, and SOPs.
• Design and troubleshoot REST API integrations connecting products to SIEM, SOAR, ServiceNow, and Jira.
• Collaborate with account executives to support PoC engagements and technical validation.
• Serve as a feedback channel between customers and the product organization to document gaps and feature requests.

Requirements

• BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Security, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of cybersecurity experience.
• Proficient knowledge of DLP, CASB, SSE, DSPM, and network security.
• Proficiency in Windows, macOS, and Linux/Unix administration.
• Solid understanding of cloud architecture (Azure/AWS/GCP) and Active Directory/LDAP/IDP.
• Must have the right to work in the location to which you have applied (Austin, TX).

Nice to have

• Experience with Python, shell scripting, SQL, and XML.
• Familiarity with SOAR tools such as Splunk SOAR or Palo Alto XSOAR.
• CISSP, CCSP, or equivalent security certifications.
• Cloud certifications at associate or professional level (AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Administrator).
• Familiarity with MITRE ATT&CK framework.
