• Build and maintain strong relationships with audiences to drive loyalty and advocacy.
• Monitor sentiment and feedback to identify risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Generate actionable insights from community interactions to inform content and campaign strategies.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with social, content, and brand teams to ensure aligned messaging.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience managing social media communities and engagement.
• Expertise in internet culture, memes, and online conversation dynamics across platforms.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain a distinctive brand voice in real-time interactions.
