What you will do

• Monitor and engage across social channels, managing comments, DMs, and mentions in a timely manner.
• Track and report on performance metrics including engagement, reach, growth, and conversion.
• Develop regular reporting cadences to optimize content strategy, posting frequency, and platform approach.
• Utilize social listening tools to monitor brand sentiment and identify emerging cultural trends.
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to evaluate campaign effectiveness and inform future initiatives.
• Identify and engage with brand advocates, creators, and fans while escalating risks to internal teams.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience managing brand social media accounts with a strong focus on analytics.
• Demonstrated experience building and delivering social media performance reports.
• Proficiency with platform analytics tools such as Sprinklr, Sprout Social, or native insights.
• Excellent written communication skills and ability to adapt to a defined brand voice.
• Must be based in or be able to work onsite in Burbank, CA.
