What you will do

• Monitor ecommerce and automated retail transactions for fraudulent activity and payment anomalies.
• Manage chargeback and dispute investigations by gathering documentation and preparing submissions.
• Perform regular reconciliations for gift card programs, international markets, and ecommerce platforms.
• Generate monthly payment trend reports and maintain KPI dashboards.
• Partner with Customer Support and Operations to resolve escalated payment and fraud issues.
• Support the month-end close process, including quarterly journal entries and receipts matching.

Requirements

• 3 to 4 years of experience in accounts receivable, payment operations, or related accounting support roles.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics) and strong Excel skills.
• Knowledge of payment gateways, ecommerce platforms, and digital reconciliation tools.
• Familiarity with chargebacks, dispute processes, and card network rules (Visa, Mastercard).
• Experience with international payments and multi-currency transactions.
• Must have the right to work in the United States.
